Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Produce engaging and platform-specific content, including text, images, and videos, to captivate and grow audiences.

Community Management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with social media interactions, nurturing a positive community and resolving issues or complaints promptly.

Performance Analysis: Analyze social media metrics to provide actionable insights and optimize content and strategies. Prepare regular performance reports.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to maintain brand consistency and explore cross-departmental synergies.

Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices to keep strategies fresh and innovative.

Campaign Execution: Plan and execute organic social media campaigns and promotional events to boost engagement and visibility.

Tool Utilization: Leverage social media management and analytics tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.

Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices.

Analytical Skills: Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and the ability to analyze and interpret data.
